Rates?

For a one hour shoot of 1-3 rooms in the Greater Cincinnati area it's $150-$200.

For multiple sites or full house shoots, price will be determined at time of inquiry. 

How long is turnaround?

Two weeks.

How to prepare?

Please ask your client to clean and tidy the areas to be photographed. Many designers like to meet at the site to talk with the homeowner while I work, but it's not essential.

Who owns the photos?

Once your balance is paid the photos belong to you! Unless specifically requested, I reserve the right to share photos as part of my portfolio on my website and social media platforms. Feel welcome to tag or credit me in posts/publications, it's always appreciated, but not expected.
